next project
Well, I have a sewing machine, a bunch of material, and a shirt pattern so the next undertaking will be to teach myself how to make a shirt. I have kin folk that sew, so I can ask for pointers along the way.
I came to the Texas panhandle in the early 1980's
and learned to love it. At first I worked in the oilfield in a derrick, and that was good. Later I became employed with the city of Perryton, and currently with the city of Booker. I have a wonderful wife who has stayed with me for some reason, ever since December 20th of 1975. I think I will keep her.
I am sure you must have soaked up some of your Mom's skills... can't wait to see your shirt! You've always been clever at making things!
